We never resell an used mattress, and all the returned mattresses are handled through Amazon. Most of returned mattresses are donated. Once the mattress is unpacked from the original bag, it's impossible to compress it without the huge machine in factory. We promise each mattress customer received is new.

There is only one inch of latex on top of the coils so it is very firm. I added a 2" latex topper and it is perfect for us.
Please don’t worry about that. If you don’t like your Acesleep mattress, you don’t have to return it in the original packages. Amazon large item return group will pick it up from your house, and you will get your full refund.
