First off, this is a heavy substantial mattress. You'll need a couple people to carry it and put it in place. It arrives rolled up and expands when opened. Don't plan to sleep on it immediately - it needs some time to breathe and for the typical smell (like a foam pillow but bigger) to escape. It has the cushioned feel of foam - not a firm bed, you'll sink in some so only get it if you want that feel. If that's what you like though this is a good choice. It's well made and cool. Some foam products (mattress toppers and pillows I've had) really absorb body heat and get very uncomfortable to sleep on - need to flip the pillow constantly. The foam type used in this one doesn't seem to absorb heat. Overall a good choice if these are the specs you're looking for

I’m in love with this bed. When the bed arrived, it arrived in a huge knapsack shaped like a tube. I thought the bed would be stuffed in a box but it was just decompressed and rolled up so the length of the rolled up bed will depend on the size you order. I ordered a queen size. They include a safe razor that you can use to open the package without damaging your bed. I laid my bed down on my bed frame, then I opened the bed. Once it started to fold out it did begin to expand. Some people have said beware of a gaseous smell, but it didn’t smell like much when I opened it. When I lay on the bed, the top layer is super soft while the layer under that provides firmness. The motion transfer is almost non existent and as someone who falls asleep with books, laptops and tablets in their bed, this was a game changer.

I haven't slept this well in years! Perfect combination of firmness with a soft top layer - cliche, but it is like sleeping on a (supportive) cloud!

I wanted to make sure that I could easily return this mattress if I didn’t like it. There is no way this mattress is getting returned. It really is magic! Within 2 days, I felt a good 9 years younger. I’m able to fall asleep faster, and I feel much more rested when I wake up. I love the way the mattress sleeps and it is wonderful to relax on it.

I like this bed. It is a little squishy for my taste but I sleep well and my husband likes it as well.
