After an entire life on innerspring mattresses, I was afraid to try anything different, especially with the reputation memory foam has for sleeping "hot." I purchased it first for the guest room, and tried it out for a week. At first it felt weird and foreign, but by the end of the week I was lovin' it and bought a second one for the master bedroom. I've had it for a few weeks and am really happy with it and sleep better than I have in years. If it lasts as the guarantee says it will, this is the only way to go! It has the right amount of resistance to keep me from rolling over all night, but also the right amount of give to allow rolling over without awakening. I'm getting more restful sleep than I've had in many years.

Incredible value and a great night's sleep. There are so many mattresses out on the market today it can be hard to cut through the clutter. I was lucky enough to have a friend who had previously bought this mattress so I was able to try it out. He has had his for few months and it is still great. It does soften up a little over time but it doesn't have divets in it our anything like that. Since getting mine I have been sleeping like a baby. It is firm enough for me and soft enough for my wife which is kind of incredible.

So after a ton of research online about foam mattresses and being really sure we didn't want to buy at a big-box store, my husband and I set out to review all our options. We finally narrowed it down to this mattress and another. We pulled the trigger and ordered this for our master bedroom. Once it was delivered, we unpackaged it on the bed and left it alone for 24 hours per recommendation for it to expand. It took almost perfect shape within 12 hours fully probably, but we wanted to wait to make sure. This has been a few months now that we've been sleeping on it and my only complaint is that it still curves up on all the edges. It's not too apparent when it's made, but when it's just the sheet or stripped for washing you can tell it looks like a wide "U". I haven't noticed that it forces us to slip to the middle or anything like that. My husband (with preference for soft) and myself (preference for hard) like it a lot. You can't do the wine glass at the end of the bed while jumping trick on this one, though. You can most certainly feel when someone enters or leaves the bed - or even rolls over heavily. We haven't noticed any issues other than the shape though. There was no smell or discoloration whatsoever. I want to give it more time to make sure that this will be our permanent mattress and not get shoved to the guest room, but for now it seems to work great for us. I will note, you will need deeper sheets for this bed. We have two standard queen set sheets that do not stretch to fit this bed!

Really like this mattress,I feel very comfortable to get into.have no trouble falling asleep since I have this mattress.I slept on an Acesleep in my friend’s guest room and noticed the firm comfort. Then I have my own one.recommend it.

We have had the mattress for 6 days, slept on it 4 nights so far. It has been lovely! It was basically at 12" after a few hours though. I didn't remove the plastic during decompression, just in case my cat got to it and did something odd. Even without removing the plastic, I have smelled nothing out of the ordinary. So far, the nights have been great. I usually toss and turn, but found myself more comfortable sleeping on my back most of the night - I was actually shocked! My husband also said he has had some great deep sleep, which means his back is comfy, and my usual moving around is lessened severely so that doesn't disrupt him! No back pain in the morning, and we got the medium firm, or whatever firmness that is. You do sink in a bit, it's not like a hard surface. I thought I would prefer a softer mattress, but this has proven me wrong. It seems the support was what I was lacking.
