Over all, without having to contact any customer service yet, I can vouch that this mattress is living up to my expectations and beyond. It does indeed stay cool enough for me to sleep which was something I was concerned about when switching to memory foam from spring, since I'm a hot sleeper and hate being warm in bed. After getting used to the firmness, I kind of do feel like my body is adjusting well and starting to feel a little better in the morning. Although, I have to admit, I hardly had pains before this point with the exception of back issues. This mattress does seem to mitigate those problems for me, but like I said it's minimal and more than likely specific to my particular experience. One thing to note, since its a 12 inch mattress the typical 12 inch queen fitted sheet doesn't exactly fit "perfectly". But, it still fits for me so I roll with it. I believe when I measured it did come out to right around 12 inches, maybe a few mm off or something like that, but its accurate enough for this memory foam newbie. Maybe get some deep sheets if you plan on purchasing?

Bought this for visiting guest but now more I sleep on it. For about a month I had it in the living room, since it's pretty easy to move around and was fun for movies, but as I'm trying to be an adult I've since put it away. Nice mattress, not just for kids. So far, everyone who has slept on it has loved it! It has the signature memory foam feel and remains firm throughout the night.

Definitely takes about a week to get to full comfort but by far the softest matress I've had. Have given my child my tempurpedic and took this one. I sleep like the dead. With my spouse mastiff and three pugs. Love it.

It has a lot of support, but also feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. I have always had back issues and the mattress offers a lot of back support. The top layer is always cool so you wont get to hot when you are sleeping. Disclaimer you need to buy bed sheets that breath in order to stay cool. I did notice a chemical smell initially when I opened it, but after a few days it was gone. I sleep like a rock on this thing.

I have had a hard time sleeping for the past few years and this is the first mattress that I have had that gives me a good nights rest! No complaints!
